Made from a wool carpet remnant, this would have been a travel bag. This is a medium sized carpet bag and probably would have been used for a day trip. You could easily fit a book and a few snacks. It is lined and has one pocket inside. Two hook and eye closures hold the top flap down. The metal clasps does not function. There are also strings inside that you could tie to
