This is clearly hand made and does have some issues but is absolutely wearable. The front sides are different lengths the right side has been stitched into a small ruched section which appears original. The back is also ruched to create a "bustle" effect. The waist band ribbons had wear on one side. I have done some repairs and added ribbon on one side of the waist.
