40’s/50’s Red Multicolor Diagonal Plaid Tie Neck Peplum Blouse peasant recently repaired side seams andVintage, handmade blouse with on trend pouf sleeves, peplum hem, and high neck with built in tie. Flattering horizontal stripes that form an inverted v. The material is satin like, though there are no labels indicating the actual material used. Made in the late 1940s to early 1950s. Appears to be homemade, though well made. Has snap closures and a thin tie at neck line. If you look closely, you can see stitch marks and fabric imperfections, as shown
