On the palate, delicately creamy, dense, and powerful with notes of pear, pineapple, and candied limes. Rich in extract with fresh acidity and lively minerality in the long finish. The Rabenstein vineyard, with vines up to 50 years old, produces Veltliner with a lot of character. The chalky soil and aging on full yeast in 1,000 and 3,000 liter oak barrels create a wine with
