Bodegas Zinio Gran Zinio Cava Penedes NV von-buhl-estate toasted rye and freshly groundZinio is refreshing, citrusy a hint floral with a crisp finish. Simple but lovely drinking. Zinio is a great fizz for when you want the tingle but not the price tag. Started as a co operative of growers who farmed grapes in the lovely Rioja Alta. They have come a long way since 1986 including adding this lovely method traditionelle Cava from the birthplace of great Cava Penedes.
