Clement Private Cask Tequila Finish Vieux Agricole Rhum Argala and warm spice meet refinedThere is a lot of overlap in the cultures, flavor profiles, and followers of cane based spirits and agave spirits, and this represents a wonderful coming together of the two. The finishing in Tequila casks brings out some of that unctuously vegetal sweet profile that both spirits share, lending some slightly darker and earthier agave elements to the generally brighter, briny, cane juice elements. On top of this interplay there are also notes of
